We want you to love what you buy from us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!


Returns

  • Eligibility: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions:

  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  2. Items with personalization/custom prints are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
  3. For hygiene reasons, baby feeding products and pet accessories are non-returnable unless there’s a quality issue.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [your email] or WhatsApp us at [your number] within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, product photo, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or share the return address.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days:      
  3. Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.      
  4. COD orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

 


  1. Replacements
  • Received a damaged or wrong item? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll arrange a quick replacement at no extra cost.

Exceptions

  1. Clearance Sale and customized products are final sale and not eligible for return/refund.
  2. Returns due to minor color or print variation may not be accepted, as slight differences are normal in handmade or printed items.
