Returns

Eligibility: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Items with personalization/custom prints are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
- For hygiene reasons, baby feeding products and pet accessories are non-returnable unless there’s a quality issue.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at [your email] or WhatsApp us at [your number] within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, product photo, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or share the return address.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days:
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
- Replacements
- Received a damaged or wrong item? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll arrange a quick replacement at no extra cost.
Exceptions
- Clearance Sale and customized products are final sale and not eligible for return/refund.
- Returns due to minor color or print variation may not be accepted, as slight differences are normal in handmade or printed items.
