Thank you for shopping with ESSENSI! We’re a small business that takes great care in packing and shipping your orders with love and care. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:


1. Order Processing Time

  1. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

  1. Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location in India).
  2. Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
  3. Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days.
  4. Please note: During peak seasons, festivals, or sales, shipping may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  1. Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above
  2. COD Orders: ₹40 flat shipping charge.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  1. COD is available for most pin codes across India.
  2. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel. Non-acceptance of COD parcels may affect your ability to use COD in the future.

5. Order Tracking

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
  2. You can also track your order using the “Track Order” option on our website.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  1. We work with reliable courier partners, but occasional delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues.
  2. In rare cases, if your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We’re working on it and hope to serve our global customers soon!


8. Packaging

All products are packed securely to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures.
